WelchertsDiana and Michael have been married since 1985 and have five wonderful children.  They currently reside and minister in the Denver, CO area.

Diana has been a follower of Jesus Christ since 1971.  She is a Certified Professional Life Coach from Light University and the American Association of Christian Counselors and has over 25 years of experience working with people who struggle with life’s deepest hurts…hurts of their heart.  She has also served for 10 years as a staff pastor providing pastoral care through teaching, mentoring and small group forums for women, couples and families.

She is a spiritual practitioner who specializes in coaching Mothers, Marriages and Families Dianaand offering adult women a holistic approach to life that is personally transformational and biblically practical.  For those whose needs transcend the realm of coaching due to a spiritual impasse Diana offers a unique approach to counseling through Prayer.

Her work and life experiences have allowed her to coach and counsel individuals in an extensive range of areas including: Marriage Communication, Child Training from Toddlers to Twenties, Addictions, Eating Disorders, Infertility, Same-Gender Attraction, Grief for a Child and Grief for a Parent, Satanic Rituals, Poverty, Miscarriages, Unhealthy Soul Ties, Divorce, Dating, and Nutrition.

Diana’s strength to coaching and counseling is in her ability to be a compassionate listener providing insightful wisdom, and her transparently personal life application from being married for nearly 30 years and training her five children.

Michael has been a follower of Jesus Christ since 1968.  He is an ordained minister and has been in full-time ministry since 1981.  Michael received his academic education at Michael 13Northwestern College, Faith Baptist Bible College, Open Bible College and St. Michael Seminary.  However, his greatest education has come from the men in his life who helped form and shape his heart around the character of Christ.

He has served as an itinerant Bible teacher, Director of Education and Assistant Director for Teen Challenge of the Midlands, the national ministry manager for Malcolm Smith ministries,  Church Planter, Lead Pastor, Priest and Canon to the Bishop in the Charismatic Episcopal Church and as an Associate Pastor at a large church of 3000.  His employment profile includes working as a Project Manager for the Fortune 500 companies The Principal Financial Group and Sprint.  During his first year at Sprint he analyzed business processes within the companies national call centers and developed a business plan that was projected to save the company nearly ten million dollars in operational costs.  As a result Michael became a Crystal Heart Award winner for providing outstanding customer service.

Michael has been coaching high school varsity football since 2006.  His portfolio includes five state championship games from 2006-2012.  Michael 3Both of his sons have played football at the NCAA D1 level (Oklahoma and Northern Colorado).  He has also worked with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes since 1976 and has been a banquet speaker, chapel speaker, sports camp coach, devotional writer, and a semi-pro basketball and NCAA D2 football chaplain.
